Holistic Health & Sales Specialist – Organic Foods & Supplements (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Nuts 'n Berries Neighborhood Market – Brookhaven, GA

Nuts 'n Berries is a thriving independent health food store dedicated to organic foods, regenerative agriculture, supplements, and holistic health education. We’re not just selling products—we’re leading a movement for cleaner eating, local food systems, and functional nutrition.

We’re looking for a part- time team member who shares a dedication to real food, clean nutrition, and community-driven health.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Engage Customers & Guide Them in Holistic Health

Help customers navigate supplements, functional foods, and organic grocery selections.
Educate customers on clean ingredients, regenerative farming, and targeted supplementation.
Provide fast, knowledgeable service at the register in a high-paced environment.

✅ Hands-On Retail & Operational Support

Work the register efficiently while ensuring great customer service.
Keep shelves fronted, stocked, and organized.
Handle fast-moving inventory ($20K+ per week)—receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
Ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and easy to shop in.

✅ Be a Part of a Small, Passionate Team

We are NOT corporate retail—everyone works together to keep the store running.
Support team members by multi-tasking and helping where needed.
Bring energy and expertise to a like-minded, health-driven community.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Passion for holistic health, clean eating, and regenerative food systems.
🔹 Experience working in a natural food store, organic market, or supplement shop preferred.
🔹 Retail experience with high-volume customer service and register work.
🔹 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
🔹 A hands-on, proactive approach—no standing around waiting for tasks.
🔹 Excitement to educate others on food, supplements, and wellness.
🔹 A love for local, sustainable food—bonus if you drink raw milk!

Schedule & Compensation:

🕒 Part-Time, Weekends Required
💰 $20-$25/hour, based on experience
